Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 27, 2026

1. Introduction

DialerGPT (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website at dialergpt.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We've tried to write this in plain English; if anything is unclear, email privacy@dialergpt.com.

2. Information you give us directly

We collect information that you provide when you:

  • Submit our quiz or feedback forms (name, email, role, and the responses you type).
  • Email us, reply to a newsletter, or contact us through any public profile.
  • Run a live demo scenario (the demo input, the conversation transcript, and any scoring output).

Form submissions are stored in our backend (Supabase) so we can follow up, improve content, and analyze aggregate patterns. We do not sell this data to third parties.

3. Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we automatically collect technical information that does not, on its own, identify you: IP address, user-agent / browser, operating system, referring URL, country, language, and the pages you view. This is standard web-server and analytics data.

4. Cookies and tracking

DialerGPT does not set third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Our host (Cloudflare) may set short-lived cookies for bot management and network protection; these are functional, not advertising. If we add a privacy-respecting analytics tool, this policy will be updated to name it before it goes live.

5. Affiliate links and outbound clicks

Some pages on this site contain affiliate links to third-party products. When you click one, you pass through our internal /go/[program] redirect, which appends UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, and the referring page) so the destination's attribution can credit DialerGPT. We do not append any personally identifying information to the outbound URL.

The third-party site you land on has its own privacy policy and cookie behavior. Once you leave dialergpt.com we have no control over what they collect. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for context on these relationships.

6. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your messages and follow up on demos or feedback.
  • Improve our content based on which pages and tools readers find useful.
  • Send infrequent updates if you explicitly opt in.
  • Protect the site against abuse and bot traffic.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

7. Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the site. Currently those include:

  • Supabase — stores form submissions (quiz, feedback) and any account data.
  • Cloudflare — hosts the site and handles network-level protection.
  • Affiliate networks — receive your IP, user-agent, and the affiliate-link UTM parameters when you click an outbound affiliate link, so they can attribute the click.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to delete or export any information you've given us. Email privacy@dialergpt.com and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection); if you're in California, you have rights under the CCPA. The same email handles all of these.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where the change matters to you, mention it on the home page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
